SURIADARMA
HISTORY
|
|
|
|
Suriadarma
houses a small museum. At this place the Dutch
surrender was signed on the 8th of March 1942, leaving
Indonesia in Japanese hands. Some Japanese ex-soldiers return here still
every year ! |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
These
original nametags still stand on the table, flanked by the Dutch and
Japanese flag |
